Judith Heumann Memorial Workers with Disabilities Act of 2025
As introduced, Bill 26-463 would establish a District Workers with Disabilities program for employed individuals with disabilities who meet specific eligibility requirements to enroll in Medicaid. It authorizes the Department of Health Care Finance to administer the program. FISCAL NOTE - This bill is passed Subject to Appropriations.
