A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding law enforcement officers and agencies, so as to prohibit covered governmental entities from providing funding or resources in support of the operation of immigration detention centers; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
