Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that a county, as trustee, may elect to acquire or sell tax delinquent property. Provides that, when the county, as trustee, files a petition for one or more delinquent tax liens or certificates, the county may request that the court issue a tax deed to the county without holding a judicial tax deed auction.
