Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act. Provides that prescriptions for drugs in Schedules II, III, IV, and V (rather than Schedules III, IV, and V controlled substances) of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act may be transferred only once and may not be further transferred, consistent with federal regulations concerning the prescription, administering, and dispensing of controlled substances.
