Adopt the First-Time Home Buyer Savings Account Act and change provisions relating to the Sports Arena Facility Financing Assistance Act, the Property Tax Growth Limitation Act, the Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Service Providers Tax Credit Act, property tax valuation and levy procedures, homestead exemptions, and income taxes

Provide for court fees; change provisions relating to incentives for rural legal practice, protection orders, hearsay, sentencing, support order liens, and paternity proceedings; provide for no-contact periods for victims of certain assaults and civil actions for conduct relating to prohibited content or child exploitation devices; and provide for and change offenses involving mobile tracking devices, stalking, unlawful intrusion, operation of unmanned aircraft systems, and swatting

Allow claims involving child abuse or sexual assault of a child under the Political Subdivisions Tort Claims Act

Provide for removal from a rental agreement of a cotenant or occupant who has committed domestic violence, require landlords to change locks, and provide landlords with related powers and duties

Appropriate funds for domestic violence services

Include collections relating to overpayment of unemployment benefits under the Employment Security Law as collectible under the Gambling Winnings Setoff for Outstanding Debt Act and change the statute of limitations for recovery of unemployment overpayment debt
