Prohibits municipal ordinance to create sanctuary city; establishes State and local employee ethics violation upon noncompliance with federal immigration enforcement request.

Requires AG to repeal law enforcement directive restricting law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

Prohibits immigration enforcement on certain public lands; appropriates funds.

Prohibits certain employment of certain US Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees in certain State and local positions.

Permits employee to use earned sick leave in connection with immigration-related proceeding.

Revises law permitting undocumented students to pay in-State tuition rate at public institution of higher education and receive certain student financial assistance.

Requires certain law enforcement entities and courts to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

"Immigration Enforcement Support Act"; authorizes law enforcement agency to detain and transfer to federal immigration authorities persons illegally in State; provides compensation to law enforcement agency for deportation.

Requires law enforcement agencies to adopt policies of cooperation with federal immigration officials.

Requires State Police to develop public database of criminally charged or convicted undocumented immigrants.

Requires chief law enforcement officer or Superintendent of State Police to notify federal immigration authorities when non-citizen applies for firearms purchaser identification card or handgun purchase permit.

Requires students to pass test identical to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services civics test as part of high school graduation requirements.
